Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
Here's the one-page agreement checklist: {{CHECKLIST_URL}}
It covers what the buyer, seller and lender agree on before the seller ships: the purchase order, the invoice, the shipment and inspection terms, and when the funds are released.
SendGlobe follows those terms from start to finish, on one record that everyone can see. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds.

### Email 1: Day 2, how a case works from start to finish
**Subject:** From signed terms to funds released
**Preview:** Nine steps, in a fixed order.
Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
Every case on SendGlobe follows the same order:
Terms set → Accepted → Proof of funds → Proof of product → Funds committed → Shipped → Delivered → Inspected → Funds released
Before the seller ships, the buyer or lender puts the full amount (or each milestone payment, if the agreement is set up that way) in their own Circle account as proof of funds. Once the buyer accepts the seller's proof of product, the funds move to a Segregated Holding Account and are released only when the signed terms are met.
Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.

### Email 2: Day 4, the live system check on Arc
**Subject:** A full contract, run on a real network
**Preview:** Oct 22, 2026, on Arc mainnet.
Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
You don't have to take our word for it.
On Oct 22, 2026, a full contract ran end to end on Arc mainnet with real USDC. The buyer funded the full amount, the seller entered the carrier and tracking number, the buyer confirmed delivery, and the USDC was released exactly as the signed terms said.
This was SendGlobe's own live system check, not a customer agreement. Anyone can check the release on Arc's public explorer:

**Subject:** Thanks — here's the path from signed contract to funds released
**Preview:** One record. Proof of funds before the seller ships.
Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
Thanks for reaching out to SendGlobe.
You've signed the contract. Commercial Certainty Infrastructure is the path that takes those terms — purchase order, invoice, shipment, inspection — through to funds released, on one record the buyer, seller and lender can follow.
**Start here (no sign-in):** [Try the walkthrough →](https://sendglobe.app)
In short:
1. Before the seller ships, the buyer or lender puts the deposit (full amount, or each milestone payment if agreed) in their own Circle or ICP account — proof of funds.
2. The seller shares proof of product (invoice and shipment proof as agreed); the buyer accepts.
3. Funds move to a Segregated Holding Account and release only when the agreed terms are met.
SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. Not a bank. Not a lender. Founded by Eric Kipperman.

## Email 1 — Day 2: Who goes first
**Subject:** The wait over who goes first
**Preview:** Why sellers, buyers, and lenders all stall — and the sequence that ends it.
Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
Most cross-border contracts don't fail on credit. They stall on sequence — who puts up the deposit, who ships, who inspects.
The seller won't ship first. The buyer won't put the deposit in first. The lender won't advance until both are clear. Industry context: $2.5 trillion of trade finance demand unmet and 41% of SME applications turned down (ADB Global Trade Finance Gap Survey, 2025). Under letters of credit, 65–80% of document sets are refused on first presentation (ICC Banking Commission, Technical Advisory Briefing No. 3, 2022).
SendGlobe's answer is a fixed order from the signed contract:
Terms set → Accepted → **Proof of funds** → **Proof of product** → **Funds committed** → Shipped → Delivered → Inspected → **Funds released**
**Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.**

## Email 2 — Day 4: Proof of funds before ship
**Subject:** Proof of funds before the seller ships
**Preview:** Full amount in the buyer or lender's own account — then proof of product.
Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
A promise to pay is not proof of funds.
On SendGlobe, before the seller ships, the buyer or lender puts the full agreed amount — the deposit under the purchase order — in their own Circle or ICP account. The seller then shares proof of product (invoice, packing list, bill of lading when required). When the buyer accepts, funds are committed and move to a Segregated Holding Account. Release happens only when the agreed terms are met.
SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. Milestones are live if shipment is in stages; full amount up front stays the recommended default.

Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
If you've walked the console, you already saw the path: proof of funds, proof of product, funds committed, funds released.
If you have a live contract in mind — especially as a **lender** funding a buyer's purchase order — reply with:
- your role,
- what moves and where (goods, ports),
- roughly when you need the first run.
We'll answer from eric@sendglobe.app. Nothing sends further without your say-so on our side either — every outbound stays human-approved.

It is built for importers, exporters, wholesalers, and the lenders who back them. Founded by Eric Kipperman. It is equally important to say what it is not — in the same plain language as the product site. ## Not a bank. Not a lender. SendGlobe does not take deposits and does not lend. The console follows the contract you already signed. The buyer or lender funds their own Circle or ICP account. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. Compared with a classic escrow agent (the old category many teams still default to), the point is different: SendGlobe is not holding client funds as a middleman that decides outcomes. Funds sit in the client's Circle or ICP account; after the buyer accepts proof of product, they move to a **Segregated Holding Account** and release only under the agreed terms. Staff do not decide disputes. If there is a dispute, the parties work it out or choose an arbitrator. ## Not a rewrite of your contract Terms are set from the signed contract: goods, amount, purchase-order and invoice detail, fund-by and ship-by dates, inspection period, account type. The system does not invent commercial terms. The agreement logic runs so the terms both companies signed are carried out exactly as written. Closing product line: **Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.** ## Not "coming soon" on milestones Milestones are live. Two or more milestone payments can sit under one agreement number. Full amount (the full deposit) at proof of funds is the recommended default; one milestone payment at a time exists only when the seller agrees. ## Not an open claim about identity theater Every party is identity-checked, and every party is screened against sanctions lists before funds move. A lender's funding account is checked before it can fund. That is the live trust posture on the site — not a marketing overlay. Your invoice, bill of lading and inspection report stay with you. The browser takes a fingerprint of each file; the agreement keeps only that fingerprint. SendGlobe does not check whether a document is genuine. That stays between the buyer, the seller, and their inspector. ## Not a SendGlobe password You sign in through Internet Identity: a passkey on your device, or Google, Apple, Microsoft, or company SSO. There is no SendGlobe password to steal, reuse, or reset. ## Not three mystery destinations for funds In the Segregated Holding Account path, funds can go only to the seller, back to the buyer or lender, or to pay the agreed fee. Cancelling needs the buyer and seller: one asks, the other accepts or declines. Fees are shown in the console before you confirm. Do not publish without Eric Approve. **Audience:** Lenders and sellers (secondary: buyers). **Primary CTA:** Try the walkthrough · https://sendglobe.app **Circle Alliance (footer only):** https://partners.circle.com/partner/sendglobe --- A promise to pay is not proof of funds. In cross-border trade, sellers still ship against credit lines, letters of intent, or goodwill — without a deposit tied to that purchase order. Buyers still wait for documents that may be refused. Lenders still fund into a fog of email threads. Classic letter-of-credit flows show how brittle document-first processes are: 65–80% of document sets are refused on first presentation (ICC Banking Commission, Technical Advisory Briefing No. 3, 2022). Clean presentation to payment on paper trade credit often still takes 15–30 days. Correspondent wires add another 3–5 business days and surprise intermediary fees commonly $50–$150 per hop. SendGlobe flips the order the parties already agreed in their contract into a visible sequence. The seller does not have to guess whether funds exist. The buyer or lender shows them first. ## The three gates before shipment **1. Proof of funds.** Before the seller ships, the buyer or lender puts the full agreed amount — the deposit or down payment under the contract — in their own Circle or ICP account. The contract cannot continue until those funds are there. That is proof of funds — not a credit promise. **2. Proof of product.** The seller shares proof for the buyer to review — invoice detail, packing list, and bill of lading or other shipment proof when the contract calls for it. Documents alone are not enough if they can describe goods that do not exist or that exist twice; the buyer reviews before anything is committed. **3. Funds committed.** The buyer accepts the proof. Then the funds are committed. After that acceptance, funds move to a **Segregated Holding Account**. From that point, release follows the signed terms only. Only then does shipment belong in the story. Shipment, delivery, inspection and Funds released each wait for the step before. Closing line: **Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.** ## Where the funds sit Funds stay in a Circle or ICP account. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. On the trust path, funds in the Segregated Holding Account can go only three places: to the seller, back to the buyer or lender, or to pay the agreed fee. SendGlobe is not a bank and does not lend. If a signal fails, SendGlobe can only complete what the signed terms already require. The terms both companies signed are carried out exactly as written. ## Milestones, when the contract is staged Milestones are live — not "coming soon." One agreement can carry two or more milestone payments under one agreement number. The seller confirms each one; the buyer accepts each one. Without milestones, the buyer always shows and puts the full amount in their account at proof of funds. With milestones, the seller picks how much the buyer puts up front: the full amount (recommended, the default), or one milestone payment at a time only if the seller agrees. That choice belongs in the signed commercial terms; the console records it. ## What it costs One fee by contract size. Public bands start at 2.75% for contracts up to $10k and step down as size rises (see https://sendglobe.app/pricing when live; PR7 /pricing today). Buyer and seller split the fee 50/50 by default. You can change the split when you set the terms. Larger agreements? Email us. ; ## For lenders watching the draw Lenders fund from their own account and follow the same record — purchase order through shipment and inspection — to funds released. That is the point of Commercial Certainty Infrastructure: one path the lender, buyer and seller share, without SendGlobe deciding outcomes. Disputes stay with the parties or an arbitrator they choose. Walk the real console with no sign-in, or talk to us about your first contract. Then everyone waits. The buyer wants proof before they pay. The seller wants payment before they ship. The lender wants to see every step before they fund the next one. That first-mover problem is not a paperwork problem — it is a sequencing problem on the purchase order, the invoice and the shipment. Until someone goes first — deposit or down payment in, or shipment out — nothing moves. Cross-border B2B trade still runs into that gap at scale. The Asian Development Bank estimates $2.5 trillion of trade finance that businesses ask for goes unmet, and 41% of SME trade finance applications are turned down (ADB Global Trade Finance Gap Survey, 2025). Under letters of credit, 65–80% of document sets are refused on first presentation (ICC Banking Commission, Technical Advisory Briefing No. 3, 2022). Presentation-to-payment on classic paper trade credit commonly runs 15–30 days after a clean presentation. None of those figures is a SendGlobe claim about its own volume; they describe the market SendGlobe was built for. ## What "who goes first" actually costs When the sequence is unclear, funds sit idle. Sellers delay shipment. Buyers delay the deposit. Lenders delay the next advance because they cannot see a single record from the purchase order through inspection to release. Classic letter-of-credit and bank stacks add fees on the order of 1.5–3%+ before amendments and discrepancy charges, and all-in corridor cost can approach 3–5% once amendments, confirming-bank charges, and FX leakage are included. Discrepancy penalties alone often run $75–$200 per error. Those are industry ranges, not SendGlobe fees. SendGlobe's public fee is one fee by contract size. The larger the contract, the lower the rate on the published bands. Larger agreements? Email us. ## A fixed sequence on one record Commercial Certainty Infrastructure does not invent terms. The parties already signed a contract — the purchase order, the invoice schedule, the shipment and inspection terms. The console records those terms and runs them in order: 1. **Terms set** — the seller enters the goods, amount, dates, and inspection period from the signed contract, and picks the account type (Circle or ICP). 2. **Accepted** — the buyer accepts the terms. 3. **Proof of funds** — the buyer or lender puts the full agreed amount (the deposit / down payment under the contract) in their own Circle or ICP account. Nothing continues until it does. 4. **Proof of product** — the seller shares proof for the buyer to review. 5. **Funds committed** — the buyer accepts the proof; then the funds are committed. 6. **Shipped → Delivered → Inspected** — shipment, delivery and inspection each wait for the last (bill of lading or other shipment proof where the contract calls for it). 7. **Funds released** — only when the agreed terms are met. Closing line, as on the live product: **Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.** After proof of product is accepted, funds move to a **Segregated Holding Account**. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. The terms both companies signed are carried out exactly as written. SendGlobe is not a bank and does not lend. Milestones are live. One agreement can carry two or more milestone payments under one agreement number. The seller confirms each one; the buyer accepts each one. Full amount up front (the full deposit) remains the recommended default. ## Why lenders sit first in the story Lenders fund contracts that are already committed. Supply-chain finance, purchase-order financing, and construction draws all need the same thing: proof that the deposit is in, proof that the goods match the purchase order and invoice, and release only under the signed terms — on one shared record the lender, buyer and seller can follow. That is the first corridor this content engine writes for. Buyers and sellers stop negotiating how to trust each other and get on with the agreement. ## What to do next Walk through a real contract in the console (no sign-in required), or talk to us about your first contract. Hi {{FIRST_NAME}},
You've signed the contract. Then everyone waits.
Buyers want proof before they pay. Sellers want a deposit before they ship. Lenders want one record — purchase order through shipment and inspection — they can follow to release. That is the first-mover problem SendGlobe was built to end.
**Commercial Certainty Infrastructure** runs the terms you already signed, in order: Terms set → Accepted → Proof of funds → Proof of product → Funds committed → Shipped → Delivered → Inspected → Funds released.
Before the seller ships, the buyer or lender puts the full agreed amount (the deposit under the contract) in their own Circle or ICP account. After the buyer accepts proof of product — invoice and shipment proof as agreed — funds move to a Segregated Holding Account. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds. **Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered.**
Market context (not SendGlobe volume): $2.5T of trade finance demand unmet and 41% of SME applications turned down (ADB, 2025); 65–80% of LC document sets refused on first presentation (ICC, 2022).

## SendGlobe Launches Commercial Certainty Infrastructure for Cross-Border B2B Trade
**New site and product path: from signed contract to funds released — buyer or lender commits the full amount first; SendGlobe does not have access to client funds**
NEW YORK — November 2, 2026 — SendGlobe today launched Commercial Certainty Infrastructure for importers, exporters, wholesalers, and the lenders who back them. It takes a signed contract through the agreed steps on one record (purchase order and invoice terms, shipment, bill of lading where used, inspection, then release): Terms set, Accepted, Proof of funds, Proof of product, Funds committed, Shipped, Delivered, Inspected, Funds released. SendGlobe does not have access to client funds.
SendGlobe is not a bank and does not lend. The console follows the contract the parties already signed. Milestones are live: one agreement can carry two or more milestones under one agreement number. Clients pay one fee by contract size. SendGlobe is a Member of the Circle Alliance: https://partners.circle.com/partner/sendglobe.
"You've signed the contract. One contract covers the full job, from terms set to funds released," said Eric Kipperman, founder of SendGlobe. "The terms both companies signed are carried out exactly as written. Funds released. Commercial certainty, delivered." [quote — Eric to approve]
Trade finance still leaves a large share of demand unmet: the Asian Development Bank estimates $2.5 trillion of trade finance that businesses ask for goes unmet, and 41% of SME trade finance applications are turned down (ADB Global Trade Finance Gap Survey, 2025). Under letters of credit, 65–80% of document sets are refused on first presentation (ICC Banking Commission, Technical Advisory Briefing No. 3, 2022). SendGlobe addresses the wait over who goes first: proof of funds before shipment, proof of product before commitment, release only when the signed terms are met.
The product and new website are live at https://sendglobe.app. A self-guided walkthrough runs the real console with no sign-in required.

Hi {{first_name}},
Last note from me unless you'd like to talk.
Lenders fund contracts that are already committed. Our first goal is one lender running one real contract on Arc, start to finish.
If you know a trade lender, PO-finance desk or factor who would look at that, an introduction would mean a lot.
$2.5 trillion of trade finance goes unmet, and 41% of SME trade finance applications are turned down (ADB Global Trade Finance Gap Survey, 2025).

Hi {{first_name}},
SendGlobe opened today. It is Commercial Certainty Infrastructure for cross-border B2B trade, and we're a Member of the Circle Alliance (https://partners.circle.com/partner/sendglobe).
Contracts on Circle's Arc network are held and released in USDC.
SendGlobe's first live test on a real network: On Oct 22, 2026, a full contract ran end to end on Arc mainnet with real USDC. The buyer funded the full amount, the seller entered the carrier and tracking number, the buyer confirmed delivery, and the USDC was released exactly as the signed terms said.

SendGlobe does not have access to client funds.
If you work with lenders, importers or exporters, I'd value your view on where certainty breaks down in their contracts.

Hi {{first_name}},
SendGlobe opened this week: Commercial Certainty Infrastructure for cross-border B2B trade.
For buyers, the order is simple. Before the seller ships, you put the full amount in your own Circle account as proof of funds. The seller then shares proof of product for you to review. Only once you accept it do the funds move to a Segregated Holding Account, and they are released only when the signed terms are met.
If there's a dispute, the parties work it out or choose an arbitrator.

Following up on Monday's note.
On open account terms, the seller carries the wait after shipment. On SendGlobe, the wait happens before shipment, with the funds already committed.
The days of relying on trust are over. Commercial certainty starts the moment funds are committed.
For staged orders, milestones are live: one agreement can carry two or more milestone payments under one agreement number, each confirmed and accepted on its own.

If your clients use letters of credit, you know the paperwork: 65–80% of documentary credit document sets are refused on first presentation (ICC Technical Advisory Briefing No. 3, 2022).
On SendGlobe the terms are recorded once, at Terms set, and every step waits for the last:
